Our Around the World at Your Library group traveled to Ireland with Mrs. Judy Calhoun, our Regional Director. They learned all about Ireland's culture, music, musical instruments, dance, money,castles, language, food, as well as the influence Ireland had in America. Mrs. Judy shared pictures and different items with the group from her visit to Ireland 5 years ago. The group then made a bodhran (an Irish drum) and sampled Irish cheese and homemade Irish bread. Thank you Mrs. Judy for taking your time to share with the group about Ireland.
