UAM Seeking Community Educators

            MONTICELLO, AR — The community education program at the University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking qualified instructors to teach non-credit classes for the spring session which runs January 16 through May 5, 2017.
            Program areas include, but are not limited to, art and hobbies, computers and technology, home and garden, health and fitness, personal and professional development, special interest and youth programming.  Classes may be offered as one-time workshops, or may meet over a period of weeks.
            Anyone interested in teaching for the Department of Community Education should be proficient in their subject areas, according to Memorie Dickson, program director.
            To submit a course for consideration, potential instructors should complete a course proposal form and return it to UAM Community Education, P. O. Box 3520, Monticello, AR 71656.  Course proposal forms may be found on the university’s website, www.uamont.edu.  From the home page, click on Community Education under Campus Resources.
