All About You Wednesdays

Stressed out about the holidays? How about the pandemic? Is life in general overwhelming? Then join us for All About You Wednesdays!! This weekly mini-series will help you deal with life's daily struggles through mindfulness techniques and more. What is mindfulness you ask? Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique. This series, led by Branch Manager Sandy Doss, will post to our Facebook page each Wednesday at 10:00am.
