Monticello (August 21, 2019) – Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services’ 8th annual Turkey Trot will be on Saturday, November 23rd starting at 9 a.m. in Monticello. This year, the race has expanded to include a 10k Run, 5k Run, 5k Walk and Virtual Participation.
The 10k and 5k races will start and end on the Vera Lloyd campus; 745 Old Warren Rd. Monticello, AR. “Virtual” races can be run with friends, family, churches and organizations right from home. Just register online as a Virtual Participant, get your free race shirt and walk or run around your neighborhood!

Today, Vera Lloyd utilizes a 45-acre campus and trained staff to meet the needs of youth in foster care, the juvenile justice system, and homeless and near-homeless families through the Families in Transition program.
