Mr. and Mrs. Tony Usry of Warren and Chad Herman of Moro Bay, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Samantha Carroll Herman, to Cody Ryne Kelly. The bride -elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Saunders of Warren; Shirley White and the late Billy White of Moro Bay; Donna Usry and the late Edell Usry of Wilmar. Samantha is a 2013 graduate of Warren High School; she is employed with Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden. The prospective groom is the son of Dana Kelly of Bearden and Chad Kelly of Clarendon; and the grandson of Deloris Gilbert and the late Joe Gilbert of Bearden and Gail Kelly and the late Jimmy Kelly of Hampton. Cody is a 2012 graduate of Bearden High School. He is employed with National Technical Systems in East Camden. The double ring ceremony will be held October 7, 2017 at Tanglewood Landing in New Edinburg.
