The Pinwheel Coloring contest and the Pinwheel Craft contest is sponsored by GFWC Warren Women's Club. Pinwheels for Prevention is a national campaign from Prevent Child Abuse America introducing the pinwheel as the symbol for child abuse and neglect in the United States.
