Powerhouse COGIC Hosts Annual Men's Day

The Powerhouse Church of God in Christ pastored by Elder James Yarbrough and  located at 815 West Central Street in Warren hosted their Annual Men's Day Sunday July 28, at 3:00 p.m.  The theme for the service was "Men Working Together for the Lord, by Faith".

The program was opened by Elder Brandon Bolden who served as Master of Ceremony.  He was followed by a prayer offered by Deacon Huey Furlough.  Deacon Roy Wheeler read scripture which was followed by Moments of Praise by the Powerhouse Male Praise Team.  Deacon Antonio Davis extended a welcome and gave the Occasion.  The Powerhouse Male Chorus sang a selection which was followed by the Response given by a guest church.

Greetings were issued by Former State Representative Gregg Reep.  The St. James AME Choir sang a selection.  Pastor James Yarbrough gave offertory expressions, and Deacon Charlie Overton gave the offertory prayer.

The Ministry of Giving was conducted by Deacons and Trustees.

Pastor James Yarbough introducted the speaker for the service.  Following a selection by the Revival Center Choir, Bishop Steven Arnold, the pastor of Greater Grace Temple of Little Rock presented the anointed word of God.

Following the speaker, a call to discipleship was extended followed by remarks, announcements, and   the benediction.
