The GFWC Warrren Woman's Club attended the District VIII Southeast Spring Convention on Thursday, April 11, 2019, in DeWitt at the First United Methodist Church. Attending were Diane Parnell, Hilda Thornton, Brenda Johnson, Judy Braswell, Glenda Cross, Je Nelle Lipton, Judy Gibson, Jan Smalling, Sandra Gatling, Jonalyn Reep, and Clydine Davis.
Five of the members of the Faith Sunday School Class of Immanuel Baptist Church of Warren visited the Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House in Little Rock on Monday, May 20, 2019. They donated 265 crochet caps to the Children's Hospital and 100 crochet caps, paper towels, and cleaning supplies to the Ronald McDonald House. The caps were made by different members of the class under the direction of class member Mary Joyce Mullins. Attending were Bro. Matt Overall, pastor, Ruth Lephiew, Barbara Taylor, Donna McGaha, Diane Parnell, and Mary Joyce Mullins.
